Although it is very close to the town center - about 10 minutes on foot - it is an oasis of tranquility where you can relax and enjoy a breathtaking view of the hills, the sea and the beautiful medieval stone village of Casale, without giving up on comforts ( restaurants, shops and bars).
The peculiarity of the Poderino lies in its modularity and flexibility, to satisfy every request.
The structure is made up of 3 apartments:
- Apartment 1 on the ground floor: three double bedrooms with private bathroom, living room with fireplace and kitchen.
- Apartment 2 on the ground floor: adjacent, but not communicating with n°1, charming apartment consisting of a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a living room-kitchen and a bathroom.
- Apartment 3 on the first floor: three double bedrooms with private bathroom, large kitchen and terrace.
The peculiarity of the structure lies in its modularity and flexibility, to satisfy every request. From the apartment formula, to the B&B formula, to the rental of the entire house. The upper floor is accessible via an internal staircase or an external staircase in the case of shared or exclusive use of the two apartments.
Bed and Kitchen treatment
The six double rooms in the central building can be used for overnight stays with kitchen use in the low season months. In the high season months the Poderino is rented only on an apartment basis.
Apartment Treatment:
Apartment 1: The three bedrooms on the ground floor, with fireplace room and kitchen, make up the apartment marked with no. 1. The apartment has an independent entrance from the ground floor and a reserved external gazebo.
Apartment 2: The small apartment on the ground floor - adjacent but not communicating with apartment no. 1 - is marked with the n. 2. The apartment has an independent entrance from the ground floor and a reserved outdoor area.
Apartment 3: The three bedrooms on the first floor, with kitchen and terrace, make up the apartment marked with no. 3. The apartment has an internal entrance communicating with apartment 1 on the ground floor or - in the case of exclusive use of the apartment - from an external staircase.
