La Fattoria

Fattoria della Gioiosa is a farm of approximately 16 hectares immersed in the Tuscan countryside overlooking the sea.

In addition to the production of Bigòl Extra Virgin Olive Oil, vegetables and cereals, it offers the possibility of staying in Podere I Luoghi, a completely renovated 19th century farmhouse located at the foot of the village of Casale Marittimo.

The structure is made up of 3 apartments:

- Apartment 1 on the ground floor: three double bedrooms with private bathroom, living room with fireplace and kitchen.

- Apartment 2 on the ground floor: adjacent, but not communicating with n°1, charming apartment consisting of a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a living room-kitchen and a bathroom.

- Apartment 3 on the first floor: three double bedrooms with private bathroom, large kitchen and terrace.

The peculiarity of the structure lies in its modularity and flexibility, to satisfy every request. From the apartment formula, to the B&B formula, to the rental of the entire house. The upper floor is accessible via an internal staircase or an external staircase in the case of shared or exclusive use of the two apartments.

Our accommodation facility is located in Casale Marittimo (Pisa) not far from the places of greatest tourist interest in Tuscany such as Bolgheri, Volterra, Baratti and cities of art such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence.

We offer the Environmental Hiking Guide service to discover the surroundings on foot or by bicycle.
