Rates

The farmhouse La Gelinda has six rooms, three of which are suites, each one with its own style, special ambiance and private bathroom.

Prices:
Double rooms : 35 to 50 euro
Suite : 40 to 60 euro

Prices are in euros to be intended for bed and breakfast accommodation per person per night in a double room.
Rates are indicative : availability depends on season, duration of stay, number of people and availability.

General Information:
Price rates are per person per night with Italian buffet breakfast included.
Also included are use of common spaces, the pool (summer only) tax and service charges.

Rooms are available from 4pm day of arrival until 11am day of departure.
Check in from 4pm to 8pm.  (Late check in upon request. May be charged an extra fee.)
Check out from 8am to 11am. (Late check out in upon request. May be charged an extra fee.)
Free baby cots for 0-2 year olds available upon request when booking.

A 30% deposit is required to confirm booking.
In case of multiple booking requests, those confirmed with proof of deposit payment shall take priority.

In case of cancellation the following penalties will be applied:
- from 29 days to 10 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount
- from 9 to 4 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
- from 3 days to no show 100% of the total amount
Only written communications shall be considered valid.
The money transferred before arrival won't be returned.

Pets:
In some pet-friendly rooms small animals are permitted,10€ per pet per day.

- Seasonal Swimming pool located at Il Poderino - free entry. Changing rooms and hot showers available.
- Rooms have NO air conditioning, phone or tv or Wifi.
- Wifi line in common areas
